Candidate for this position must have strong communications skills, superior customer service abilities, effective time-management and attention to detail. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Duties:
- Handle various aspects of the scheduling duties for clients including job acceptance, entry, coordinating and fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service whilst balancing the needs of the company
- Provide product and system support and handle any daily operational issues regarding the installation projects
- Work very closely with our national network of field installers
- Develop relationships with clients
- Handle client issues and follow through until issues are resolved
- Communicate directly with site contacts to complete job-close and confirm satisfaction
- Ensure that services are provided in the time frame promised to the client and that the quality and completion of the work performed meets or exceeds the company standards
- Maintain appropriate levels of communication with the client to ensure that the client is well-informed before, during and after service engagements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills including phone and e-mail correspondence
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience working with job management systems is a plus
- Clean criminal background
- Clean drug screen
