Candidate for this position must have strong communications skills, superior customer service abilities, effective time-management and attention to detail. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Duties:

  • Handle various aspects of the scheduling duties for clients including job acceptance, entry, coordinating and fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service whilst balancing the needs of the company
  • Provide product and system support and handle any daily operational issues regarding the installation projects
  • Work very closely with our national network of field installers
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Handle client issues and follow through until issues are resolved
  • Communicate directly with site contacts to complete job-close and confirm satisfaction
  • Ensure that services are provided in the time frame promised to the client and that the quality and completion of the work performed meets or exceeds the company standards
  • Maintain appropriate levels of communication with the client to ensure that the client is well-informed before, during and after service engagements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills including phone and e-mail correspondence
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience working with job management systems is a plus
  • Clean criminal background
  • Clean drug screen
